The role of fintech instruments - blockchain, intellectual property tokenization, and crowdfunding - is substantiated as alternative mechanisms for attracting capital and reducing investment risks. The possibilities of Big Data for the valuation of intangible assets and forecasting the profitability of creative projects are examined. The study concludes that there is a need to establish an integrated digital financial infrastructure to ensure the sustainable development of creative entrepreneurship.
