The article examines the role and importance of small entrepreneurship in reducing poverty. It analyses the contribution of small business to creating new jobs, increasing household incomes, revitalising the local economy and ensuring social stability. The article also identifies the main problems in developing the sector and offers recommendations for addressing them.
