Abstract

A green economy is an economic model that ensures environmental protection and sustainable development, and plays a significant role in developing human potential. Within the context of a green economy, human development plays a crucial role in the sustainable development of society and increasing environmental responsibility. Human capital is a crucial factor in the implementation of environmental innovations, environmental protection, and the efficient use of resources. This article analyzes the relationship between the green economy and human potential, discusses the legal framework in Uzbekistan, existing challenges, and solutions. Using German experience as an example, recommendations are provided for the development of environmental education, the creation of green jobs, and the implementation of innovations.
